The city targets over 10 million visitors in 2025, including more than 1 million international arrivals. In the first two months of the year, it welcomed over 1.1 million tourists, of whom 150,000 were foreigners.

To capitalise on its tourism potential, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has assigned specific tasks to its specialised units and plans to consult experts and businesses for innovative tourism development strategies.

Hai Phong offers a variety of tourist accommodations, with hotels, villas, apartments, guesthouses and cruise ships. It has around 600 restaurants serving international cuisines from various countries like Italy, France, the US, Japan, and the Republic of Korea./.
