The victim was Le Minh Duc, born on August, 8, 1978. Duc was a staff member of the military telecoms group Viettel, according to the Vietnamese Embassy in Cuba , which also covers Haiti .
Immediately after receiving the information, the Foreign Ministry asked the Embassy in Cuba to coordinate and assist Viettel to conduct procedures in line with law to receive and transport Duc’s body to Vietnam in accordance with the wishes of his family, the Foreign Ministry said./.
