Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son had a meeting with Chinese Vice President Han Zheng in Beijing on December 10, as part of his visit to China to co-chair the 16th Vietnam - China Bilateral Cooperation Steering Committee Meeting.

Singapore and China signed ten agreements on health, food safety and environment, among other things, at their 16th Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC), the highest-level bilateral meeting between the two countries.
