Hanoi builds politics school for Lao province

The Vietnamese capital city of Hanoi on May 28 handed over a School of Politics and Public Administration, built with its funding, to the Lao province of Luang Prabang.
The Vietnamese capital city of Hanoi on May 28 handed over a School of Politics and Public Administration, built with its funding, to the Lao province of Luang Prabang.

Speaking at the event, both Khampheng Saysompheng, Governor and Secretary of the Party Committee of Luang Prabang province and Hanoi People’s Committee’s Deputy Chairman Nguyen Van Khoi described the project as a symbol of the special friendship between the two countries and cooperation between the two localities in particular.

The school includes a three-storey office building, a dormitory, and other facilities. It was built at a cost of 2 million USD as non-refundable aid of Hanoi. /.
