Hanoi (VNA) – The Hanoi food festival is scheduled for June 16 and 17 in thecapital’s downtown.

The eventwill feature 90 stalls, of which 50 will present Vietnamese dishes and 40others international culinary delights.

Participatingcountries, represented by their embassies and cultural centres in Vietnam, willbring their traditional charms and music to the event.

Hanoi foodsignatures include Pho, nem ran (spring roll), cha ca (fishcake), and bun thang(a type of noodle soup that contains up to 20 ingredients).-VNA
