Hanoi, Moscow enhance bilateral ties

Thanh said that to ensure socio-economicachievements, Hanoi always receives support from its foreign partners,including Russia.

The inauguration of theHanoi-Moscow Culture, Trade and Hotel Centre in the Russian capital inlate 2013 reflects the fine relations between the two cities, she added.

Thanh also affirmed that Hanoi is alwayswilling to creating particularly favourable conditions for Russianbusinesses to invest in culture, education, military affairs, transportand infrastructure in the city.

Head of theMoscow delegation Sviatoshenko Vladimir Alekseyevich sent hiscongratulations to the Vietnamese people on the upcoming Dien Bien PhuVictory anniversary, marking the battle which put an end to the Frenchcolonial rule in Vietnam on May 7, 1954.

Heexpressed his belief that with the similarities held by Vietnam andRussia, Hanoi and Moscow can support each other in the internationalarena, thus lifting the two countries’ relations to a new level.-VNA
