Hanoi starts work on new high-rise building complex

Work was started on June 23 for a high-rise building complex on an area of 10,218 s.q.m on Cau Giay street in the district of the same name.

With a total investment capital of over 3.57 trillion VND (roughly 189.2 million USD), the complex includes two 38-storey office buildings and a 50-storey luxury apartment building.

The first five storeys of the two office buildings will be used as trade centres.

The building complex has five underground levels with a total acreage of 44,000 sq.m, which is capable of housing 595 cars and 760 motobikes.

One thing that differentiate this complex from other works is that every building of the complex will have a floor for greenery.

Tran Duc Minh, CEO of Cau Giay Trade and Investment Services Joint Stock – the project investor, said once completed in 2013, the project will enjoy the available modern infrastructure and facilities of the Cau Giay-My Dinh area including schools, kindergartens, hospitals, trade centres and stadium./.
