The Hanoi People’s Committee has allowed the Housing and Urban Development Holdings Group (HUD) to build a new urban area in the capital city’s Me Linh district.

The 1.846 trillion VND project covers an area of 55 ha and is expected to become a modern urban area which creates housing fund for students, workers and low-income earners in the suburban area.

The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2015, with infrastructure facilities and housing for low income earners to finishing in the second quarter of 2013./.
