Covering an area of 413.29 hectares across five wards of Phuc Loi, Phuc Dong, Viet Hung and Gia Thuy, the plan aims to build the urban area and a modern software technology park which can accommodate a population of about 39,500 people.
The plan proposes measures for effective use of land as well as the change of local labour structure./.
