Hanoi women bolster cooperation with Vientiane sisters
The Women’s Unions of Hanoi and Vientiane have agreed to further
the exchange of experiences in their operations, especially in gender
equality and protection of the rights of women and children in the

The two sides signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation framework in Vientiane during a visit of a Hanoi women delegation from Dec. 23-28.
They will also create favourable conditions for female entrepreneurs of the two cites to exchange experiences.
The delegation of the Women’Hanoi s Union, led by its President Nguyen Minh Ha was received by Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Soukanh Mahalath in Vientiane on Dec. 26.
Soukanh Mahalath, who is also Secretary of Vientiane Party Committee and Vientiane Governor, praised cooperation between the two organisations, which contributed to boosting cooperation between the two capital cities./.
