A series of cultural events and art performances were also held at cultural centres, parks and public sites in the city to herald the April 30 victory that stands as a shining symbol of the nation’s revolutionary heroism and one of the most outstanding events of the 20th century.
An open-air photo exhibition themed “ Ho Chi Minh City : firm belief – development and integration” is taking place at Lam Son and Chi Lang parks and along Dong Khoi street .
Another photo exhibition by photographer Huynh Pham Anh Dung opened at the Women’s Cultural House, showing vividly wide-ranging changes the country’s major economic hub has made in the past time to advance toward./.
