Hearing aids presented to 1,000 patients in central region
A total of 1,000 hearing aids have been presented to deaf patients in the central region.
Illustrative image (Source: VNA)Specifically, 600 hearing aids were provided for poor people in Da Nang city on May 1, while 400 are being presented to those living in other central provinces on May 1-2.
In 2017, the programme is expected to give 500 more deaf aids to those in need in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, raising the total number of gifts presented this year to 1,500.
Through the programme, the VinaCapital Fund and Hoan My hospital want to share responsibility with the community in care for people’s health.-VNA
