Berlin (VNA) – “Homeland’s melody” (Giai dieu que huong) programme, featuring more than 30 stellar performances, was held in Berlin on September 29 to mark the 5th anniversary of the Vietnamese Cultural Space in Germany.
At the event, head of the organising board Le Xuan Dinh thanked the Vietnamese Embassy and Vietnamese expatriates for their strong attachment with the cultural space in the past five years.
He hoped to receive more support from the embassy, organisations and sponsors for better development of the programme.
Meanwhile, Pham Van Mich, a counselor at the Embassy of Vietnam in Germany, congratulated and presented a certificate of merit to the organising board of the cultural space programme.
He lauded activities of the programme as promoting exchanges and solidarity among organisations, making contributions to the relations with Germany.
Participants enjoyed various traditional dishes during the food festival held within the event.
Vietnam’s Cultural Space has been organised to preserve and promote Vietnamese cultural identity in the host nation. -VNA
