Vietnamese Consular-General to Hong Kong and Macau, Nguyen Thi Nha, said Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong attracted a lot of customers but the culinary art has not been introduced officially there until now.

It could be said that culinary specialities are one of the best introductions of a nation to foreigners, she said.

Vietnamese Food Month is one of many activities to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the National Day on September 2. /.
