An incense-offering ceremony to commemorate King Ly Thai To, the founder of Thang Long capital will be solemnly held in Hanoi in New Year’s Eve 2010 on February 13.
Deputy head of Hanoi People’s Committee, Do Dinh Hong said on Feb.4 that the event is part of celebrations of Thang Long-Hanoi 1000 th anniversary. The ceremony will take place at the monument to King Ly Thai To at Hoan Kiem lake in central Hanoi.
Leaders of the Party and the State are expected to be present./.
