The event will be jointly organised by the Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam , the Indian Embassy and the Indian community in Hanoi .
Visitors to the festival will have a chance to see the fanciful beauty of thousands of lights and enjoy Indian dance-music performances along with fashion shows, games and lucky draws.
The festival will also feature several stalls with handicrafts and Indian cuisine.
