Indonesian police seize 821kg of crystal meth

Jakarta (VNA) - A special task force of the
Indonesian National Police's Crime Investigation Department (Bareskrim) on May 23 confiscated 821
kilogrammes of crystal methamphetamine in Serang city, Banten province.
Police captured two foreign suspects, one from Pakistan
and the other from Yemen.
The drugs were trafficked to Indonesia two weeks ago by
sea and they were disguised with fruits.
With this behaviour, the
two suspects are likely to face life imprisonment sentences or death penalties./.
