The Government’s Resolution No.128/NQ-CP promoting provisional regulations on safe, flexible adaptation to and effective control of COVID-19 is a sound policy at present, said experts at a seminar held by the Government Portal on October 18.
Thirty-two cities and provinces across the country have declared their COVID-19 risk levels by October 18, following the Government’s new guidelines on safe adaption to the pandemic outlined in Resolution 128/NQ-CP.
Fifty five cities and provinces across the country have completed their assessment COVID-19 risk levels as of October 20, following the new guidelines on safe adaption to the pandemic, as outlined by Government Resolution 128/NQ-CP and health ministry's instructions.
The Vietnamese Government always listens to and creates the best possible conditions for foreign enterprises and investors to clear hurdles, set up a new normal environment, and recover their production and businesses at the earliest possible, under the motto of preventing disruption to production and supply chains and ensuring a smooth circulation of goods across the country, stated Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang.
Vietnam has temporarily recognised vaccination certificates and vaccine passports by 72 countries and territories in line with the Government’s Resolution No.128/NQ-CP on safe and flexible adaptation to and effective control of COVID-19 pandemic, said Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang.
