On February 3, the largest fish market in the North at So Thuong village in Hoang Mai district of Hanoi was crowded with people buying and selling red carps.
Carps are brought here early in the morning by small traders, then sold to other buyers. This year, due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are not many carps on the market.
