The 12th international exhibition of the country’s leather and shoes industry opened in Ho Chi Minh City on September 8.
The 12th international exhibition of the country’s leather and shoes industry opened in Ho Chi Minh City on September 8.
The three-day event has been jointly organised by the Vietnam Leather and Shoe Association, Hong Kong’s Top Repute Exhibition Service Company and the Hien Dat Company from Vietnam.
The exhibition brings together 120 manufacturers and suppliers from 13 countries and territories including Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Italy, Germany, Turkey, India, Pakistan, the Republic of Korea and Thailand.
On display is machinery for making leather and shoes, various materials used in production, chemicals and fashion and interior décor products.
Seminars and exchanges are also being held to help domestic businesses find partners and to promote trade and exports./.
