Around 120 artisans from 25 countries and territories will participate in the third International Kite Festival in the southern coastal city of Vung Tau from April 7-11.
This year’s event, themed “Convergence of Four Directions”, will include kite performances, exhibitions, competitions and kite art performances at night with a colour lighting system.
The host Vietnam will send five teams from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue and Vung Tau to the event./.
