This year’s event, themed “Convergence of Four Directions”, will include kite performances, exhibitions, competitions and kite art performances at night with a colour lighting system.
The host Vietnam will send five teams from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue and Vung Tau to the event./.

Woven from wild palm leaves, the hats are dried and skilfully crafted into their distinctive conical shape.
