Int’l Volleyball Championship – Vinh Long TV Cup closes

Vinh Long (VNA) – The International Volleyball Championship – Vinh Long Television Cup wrapped up in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long on October 3, after six days of competition.

At the women’s category, VTV Binh Dien Long An won the first prize after defeating Vinh Long Television 3-1 at the final match. The Philippines’ team ranked third.

Meanwhile, the Ho Chi Minh City team topped the men’s category. The second, and third prizes came to the Long An team and the Royal Gendarmerie of Cambodia team.

The tournament attracted the participation of 10 teams (five male and five female). They played in a round-robin format, selecting the best two ones for the final game.-VNA
