The Japanese government will provide 95,500 USD in non-refundable aid to build a primary school in the northern province of Bac Giang’s Hiep Hoa district.
A contract to this effect was signed in Hanoi on July 27.
Under the project, eight classrooms will be built to replace the old ones which were built in 1978.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Mitsuo Sakaba said that this project will improve primary education in the locality and also help strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries./.
