Japanese experts offer advice on domestic football

Thang and Kazumi Ohigashi, the J-Leaguechairman, met last week and agreed to form a long-term partnership aimedat improving the quality of domestic football in the two countries.

As part of the new agreement, Japan’s experts are flying to Vietnamto help the VPF oversee their management structure and lure moresponsors and supporters from local and international areas.

KazuyoshiTanabe, the first consultant, will begin working on February 20. Tomark the new partnership, the Vietnamese under-15 team will meet theirJapanese counterparts in August.-VNA
