The Japanese company Kobelco Eco–Solutions inaugurated a 30 million USD factory at Long Duc Industrial Park in southern Dong Nai province on October 4.
This is the company’s second factory in Vietnam . The first one located in southern Long An province was opened in 2012.
Its products are expected to satisfy the demands of chemical, pharmaceutical and electronic material industries in Southeast Asia and Japan .
The Long Duc Industrial Park was co-invested by three Japanese groups, namely Sojitz Corporation, Daiwa House Industry Ltd and Kobelco Eco–Solutions; alongside the Dong Nai Import Export Processing Agricultural Products and Foods (Donafood) firm.
Of 16 projects in the park, all but one are owned by Japanese enterprises with a total capital of over 617 million USD./.
