Society for Public Administration.
The delegation is visiting the Ho Chi Minh National Politics and Administration Academy under a cooperation programme in training cadres in local academies using funds from the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
The deputy prime minister said high-quality human resources development is one of the breakthrough measures in Vietnam’s socio-economic growth strategy till 2020.
Professor Morita Akira affirmed Japan is willing to share its experience in human resource training with Vietnam.-VNA
