The Japan-Vietnam Day was held in Ho Chi Minh City on Nov. 13 by the
Japanese Consulate General and the city’s Young People’s Cultural

At the festival, Japanese gastronomy experts Takako Fujita introduced visitors to Japan ’s gastronomy culture and unique Japanese dishes.
Participants at the event were also provided with the chance to join in Japanese folk games and enjoy its traditional costumes.
Students participated in a singing contest in the Japanese language.
Besides, images of Japan’s areas hit by earthquake and tsunami and activities to overcome the aftermaths by the Japanese government and people were on display at the event./.
