Huynh Thanh Tuan, 30, residing in Vinh Thanh commune, Nha Trang City , was hospitalised on February 5 with symptoms of coughing, shortness of breath, acute respiratory disorder and multi-organ dysfunction syndrome.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City-based Oxford University Clinical Research Unit for Tropical Diseases on February 11, Tuan’s sample tested positive for H1N1 virus.
Other tests by the Pasteur Institutes in HCM City and Nha Trang also showed the same result.-VNA
