Kuwaiti Minister of Oil and Information Ahmad Al-Abdulla Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Sept. 22 worked with the authorities of the central province of Thanh Hoa , where Kuwait is joining hands with partners to build the Nghi Son oil refinery.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi briefed the minister on Thanh Hoa’s socio-economic development, particularly the growth of the Nghi Son economic zone.
