Landmark 81 officially recognised as Vietnam’s tallest building
With an expected height of 461m, the 81-storey Landmark 81 is Viet Nam’s highest building, some 100m higher than the second highest building, Keangnam Landmark 72, in Hanoi.
With an expected height of 461m, the 81-storey Landmark 81 is built at the centre of Vinhomes Central Park, Binh Thanh District, HCM City.
With this height, the Vingroup’s tower becomes Viet Nam’s highest building, some 100m higher than the second highest building, Keangnam Landmark 72, in Hanoi.
This is also the first project of Viet Nam that is ranked among the world’s top 10 skycrapers, consisting of shopping mall, hotel area, and apartments.
With total capital investment of US$1.4 billion, the Vingroup’s symbolic project was complete in 2018./.
