Lao Prime Minister Bouason Bouphavanh on March 12 welcomed Vietnamese Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong who is paying a working visit to the country from March 7-12.
At the meeting, the Lao PM expressed his belief that Cuong and his delegation’s visit will help strengthen the friendship and special solidarity between the two countries.
He thanked the Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice for helping Laos’ Ministry of Justice train human resources and expected the two ministries will strengthen experience sharing and learn from each other in order to contribute to the development of both Vietnam and Laos.
Earlier, on March 11, Cuong and his Lao counterpart, Chaleune Yiapaoher, agreed to boost bilateral cooperation in human resource training.
Cuong affirmed that Vietnam’s law schools are always willing to enrol Lao justice staff./.
