The contract was signed by the PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction 1 (PVNC1) company, an affiliate of PetroVietnam and Laos’ ClopSLG Export-Import and Processing company.
Speaking at the ceremony, Siaosavath Savengsuksa, Laos’ Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade said that the contract signing contributes to promoting trade relations and strengthening special solidarity between the two countries./.
