Le Cong Vinh, a striker from Song Lam Nghe An (SLNA) club, ranked first in the Top 20 Southeast Asian Players competition launched by website goal.com.

The striker has arrived in Japan to play for the Consadole Sapporo club under a loan contract signed between Song Lam Nghe An and Sapporo in July.
