According to the results posted on the website, Vinh, who is Vietnam’s only representative in the list, received 68.6 percent of votes, while Cambodia’s Khim Borey only got 29.3 percent of votes and Singapore’s Shahril Ishak, 1.2 percent.
The striker has arrived in Japan to play for the Consadole Sapporo club under a loan contract signed between Song Lam Nghe An and Sapporo in July.
He is also the top scorer of Song Lam Nghe An club in V-League 2013 with 14 goals.-VNA
