Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Korea Park Geun Hye on the RoK’s 71st National Liberation Day (August 15).
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled congratulations to his counterpart Hwang Kyo Ahn while National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan extended her greetings to Speaker of the National Assembly Chung Sye Kyun on the occasion.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also conveyed his congratulations to Foreign Minister Yun Byung Se.
