The government of Malaysia, the host country of the ASEAN Summit 2015, launched an official website serving the event on December 22.

The website, http://asean2015.gov.my, aims to provide information on important activities taking place during the summit, facilitating fast access for the media and other agencies in and outside Malaysia, according to a press release issued by the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Moreover, an audiovisual library is due to be established on the website.

The 26th ASEAN Summit is scheduled to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on April 26 and 27, 2015 .

Established in 1967, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) comprises ten members, namely Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.-VNA
