Before competing at the international contest, Thanh had harvested some titles at significant contests throughout Vietnam , including the Vietnam Supermodel 2010 first prize and Model Star 2011 Golden Award.
The Mr Manhunt 2011 title was granted to Chinese Chen Jian Feng, while Nelson Sterling from the Dominican Republic and Gianni Sennesael from Belgium were given first and second runner-up titles, respectively.
Fifty-one models gathered to vie for the title of one of the world's largest male modelling contests, which took place from September 28 to October 10./.
