Locating in Metro Hung Loi supermarket in Ninh Kieu district of Can Tho city, the platform expects to receive almost 5,000 tonnes of aquatic products from farmers in the Mekong Delta region on average a day.
It includes a processing area, a cold storage, a classification room and a waste treatment room to ensure food hygiene.
Through this platform, domestic consumers will be provided with high-quality aquatic products which are manufactured and processed under the international food hygiene standard.
It is also estimated to generate jobs for at least 1,000 farmers in the Mekong Delta region./.
