No8 Investment and Construction JSC (CIC8) began work on Metro Tower in the southern province of Binh Duong last week.
The project is financed by CIC8 and Duc Minh Development JSC with a total investment capital of 400 billion VND (21.05 million USD). Metro Tower will include 2 buildings with 500 apartments on an area of 6.63sq.km to meet growing demand for residential apartments in Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces. Prices will begin at 8 million VND (421.05 USD) per square metre.
The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2012./.
