Military deploys helicopters to deliver relief to flood-hit areas

On the morning of October 8, the Ministry of National Defence deployed three helicopters carrying four tonnes of essential supplies including dried food, medicines and instant noodles to support residents isolated by floods in Lang Son and Cao Bang provinces.
