that were announced at a ceremony in Hanoi on March 14.
MobiFone won the award for the most popular mobile network for the fifth time in a row. In addition, it also bagged the award for the mobile network with the best customer service.
Following its successes in previous years, retailer World of Mobile Phones brought home all three awards: the most reliable mobile phone retailer, the mobile phone retailer with the best customer care and support service, and the mobile phone retailer with the most diversified products.
Meanwhile, the award for the most popular mobile phone manufacturer went to Nokia.
Among other titles, the organisers presented the awards to VinaPhone for its most promising 3G (third-generation) service, Beeline for its most attractive package, and Viettel for its most well-know brand name./.
