MobiFone General Director Le Nam Tra said at a recent Ministry of Information and Communications meeting that the result was about 30 percent of the company's target for 2015.
During the first quarter, the firm reported about 8.56 trillion VND (407.62 million USD) in turnover, reflecting a 4.6 percent year-on-year surge and representing 28.5 percent of the annual quota.
Tra said the company expected to reach 9.46 trillion VND (450.48 million USD) in turnover and 1.78 trillion VND (84.76 million USD) in profit during the second quarter, following the addition of about three million new subscribers.-VNA
