Monaco ’s “For the mission of children” organisation has sponsored 505 million VND in non-refundable aid to support the disabled and orphans in the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum .
The money, which was handed over to Kon Tum’s association for the protection of the disabled and orphans on March 4, will be used to build two preschool classes at a cost of over 400 million VND in Truong Chinh and Nguyen Trai wards in Kon Tum city within 60 days.
The remaining will be spent to buy cows to help improve the livelihoods of 20 disabled people in Dak Ha district.
Since 1994, the Monaco organisation has implemented numerous activities to help the disabled and orphans integrate into the community such as building schools, training to improve economic development, and through providing cows and airplanes./.
