Pham Van Diep (47) from Chua Hang town, Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen city and Trinh Dinh Son (53) from Quan Trieu ward, Thai Nguyen city were caught illegally transporting drugs.
On July 29 and 31 alone, Son La police cracked two large drug smuggling cases, arresting 6 suspects and confiscating 62 cakes of heroin and nearly one billion VND.
The Son La People’s Committee rewarded 40 million VND to teams and individuals who helped in the two investigations.-VNA
