an investment licence to Hong Duc Industry Joint Stock Company to build
the infrastructure of an industrial and maritime service park in Dinh
Vu EZ.

The 505 billion VND project, the first of its kind in Dinh Vu EZ in 2011, covers an area of 1.3 million sq.m.
Hong Duc Industry JSC committed to starting construction of the project in the first quarter of 2011 and finishing basic infrastructural facilities in the next two years.
The investor plans to complete construction of infrastructure system and put the waste water treatment plant into operation in the next five years./.
