The Command of Military Zone 4 has handed over to the northern province of Vinh Phuc the remains of two voluntary soldiers confirmed to be from the province.

The remains, which were found in Laos’ Xieng Khouang province, have been identified to be that of Ta Quy Ty, born in 1941 in Hop Thinh commune, Tam Duong district, and Pham Van Sac, born in 1939 in Dong Ich commune, Lap Thach district.

On the occasion of the upcoming War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27), the provincial youth union is sending out its members to tend to over 10,000 martyrs’ graves in the locality.-VNA
