Hanoi (VNA) -  Leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly and Government of Vietnam have received more messages of congratulations from their foreign counterparts on the 72nd anniversary of National Day (September 2). 

Sultan of Brunei Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah sent greetings to President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

President of Bangladesh Abdul Hamid cabled his congratulatory message to his Vietnamese counterpart Tran Dai Quang, and the country’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina extended greetings to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nanarbayev sent his message to President Tran Dai Quang, and Chairman of Kazakhstan’s lower house of the Parliament N.Nigmatulin congratulated NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

President of Dominican Republic Danilo Medina offered greetings to his counterpart Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

President of Iran Hassan Rouhani and First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri sent congratulatory messages to President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, respectively.

President of Turkmenistan G. Berdimuhamedov and President of Palestine, who is also Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organisation sent their congratulations to President Tran Dai Quang.

President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan extended their greetings to President Tran Dai Quang.

On the occasion, Belarusian Foreign Minister V.Makey, Colombia’s acting Foreign Minister Francisco Javier Echeverri Lara, and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif sent messages of congratulations to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.-VNA
