More streets off limits to taxis in Hanoi

Hanoi's Department of Transport will also ban all taxis on Mai Xuan Thuong, Hoang Hoa Tham streets (from Ngoc Ha to Mai Xuan Thuong streets) between 6.30-8.30am and 4-7pm all weekdays this month.-VNA
