NA Vice Chairman receives Algerian justice minister

National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu has asked for facilitated visits by Vietnamese and Algerian lawmakers and increased supervision over the implementation of commitments signed by governments and agencies between the two countries.

He made therequest at a reception for Algerian Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh inHanoi on June 11, adding that Louh’s visit would further deepen theirlegal and judicial ties for the sake of the Vietnam-Algeriarelationship.

Informing the host of the outcomes ofhis visit, Louh said the two justice ministries signed a legal andjudicial cooperation plan for 2016-2017, under which they will continueworking closely to foster all-around links between the two countries andlegislatures.

He expressed his hope for increasedvisit exchanges to raise mutual understanding and trust, laying a firmfoundation for two-way extensive collaboration in every domain.-VNA
